2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts.
3. Content Submission (Writers)
Writers can upload stories in text and audio formats. Content must not be illegal, harmful, or copyrighted without permission. Storiesrex reserves the right to review, approve, or remove content.
4. Content Ownership
Writers retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, users grant Storiesrex a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content.
5. Monetization and Revenue Sharing
Storiesrex generates revenue through advertisements including Google AdSense. Revenue distribution: 75% to content creators, 25% to the platform. Final calculation method may be determined by the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: Upload illegal or harmful content. Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform. Engage in spam or fraudulent activities.
7. Advertisements
Storiesrex displays ads through third-party networks such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Storiesrex is not responsible for: User-generated content. Any loss or damage resulting from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
